Happy Friday Friends!

We made it through the work-week, let’s give ourselves a hand. I am excited to attend a Wellness Summit today that will feature some great speakers and discussion on many topics that I deeply care about! I hope to be able to share some of the content throughout the different sessions! Before I jet off, I wanted to speak a little bit about “intention-setting” today! Growing up, the only time I ever really heard the word intention, was when my mom would ask men if I intentionally meant to hit my brother in the head! Admittedly, this happened only a few times when my older brother would pester me to no end. Outside of that very specific occurrence I never truly had much interaction with the word until I became an adult, and more-so in the past 3-5 years.  When I think about intention, I think about setting goals in all aspects of my life and being very intentionally about reaching them, I also think about being intentional in all of my relationships be it family, friends or my significant other.

I’ve come to respect that word so much because with setting intention and doing things with intention, we can’t help but have clarity in every thing that we set out to do. Anything that is important for us to complete or succeed at, must be our main focus and thus we have to be intentional about meeting those goals. I love the fact that when I have fully worked out my intention for doing something, there is no one who can make me feel otherwise because for example, I know that my intentions are pure. I would challenge each one of us to set clear and intentional goals, and stick to them! I promise you we will all be better for it in the end. Those are my words of insight this Friday, I trust that they are helpful. As always, below are:

3 Things to Note about today’s post!

    • Clean lines will never fail you, they will keep you looking polished and refined!
    • Headbands can be the only piece of accessory you’ll need all F/W, the sparkly ones help to add a little something extra
    • Black, white and olive will always be a winning combo! You could never go wrond.

    • Thank you Vee! It’s actually MAC Ruby Woo but I use a lip-liner on my lips before I put it on so it gives it a darker color. The name rubbed off of the liner so I am not sure what it’s called. It’s also by Mac and is a dark red color.
