Happy Friday!
I love this time of year, the city is abuzz for the upcoming NY Fashion week events! I’ve been to a few shows/presentations over the years and it never gets old. It’s always a good time to be caught up in the frenzy and around such great energy. It’s also really interesting how quickly the moment goes by, in a way it feels a bit like wedding planning! There is such a fantastic build up by the brand and it all comes down to a few runway looks, and ultimately 10 – 15 minutes worth of fame; then the real work begins.
I don’t plan on attending any shows this season; mostly because I did not do the necessary work to seek out invitations! I do have friends in the industry who will offer up tickets for shows and there are many after parties so we’ll see. Nonetheless, I wish all of the visitors and attendees a wonderful time! I can’t wait to see more of the fashions!
