Friday, oh how good you look!
How are you my friends? The weekend is finally here, although I do hope we enjoy our days during the week almost as much as the weekend. I love going to work, but the rest, relaxation and ability to recharge is equally as important. Grayson (Hi, Grayson) recently commented one of my posts that I wasn’t doing it for him (I assume it’s a him) with my heels lately, that he’d prefer to see more Loubs and Casadei heels. I found that funny, but then I thought is that what folks who visit the blog want to see? Well here is the skinny, I have many many pairs of Louboutin and Casadei heels and while I enjoy them (I prefer Casadei) I don’t buy my shoes based on popularity or to get likes. I love a good-looking shoe that is well made and interesting; and that’s what you’ll get on this blog.I forgot to mention classics and simplicity are also among what you’ll see here. There are so many new and emerging brands that put a lot of creativity, effort and care into their product, how silly it would be if we didn’t support them because we want to keep things much the same. That’s boring, and it’s so much more fun to look for the “next” and not get caught up in trends. Of course a good-looking shoe is a good-looking shoe and you might see many people wearing the same pair but that’s because its beauty is undeniable and everyone wants it. However, for the most part I do my best to avoid opting into that. So Gray my friend, thank you for visiting and sharing your opinion, but you’ll just have to wait to get your fix or head over to Instagram there are plenty of photos to ogle those brands.

I’m back at TheCrisisBar again this week, if you stop in be sure to say Hi, it will be another busy one. Have a spontaneous weekend!
