Hey There Friends~
Late post today, but just in-time for a quick afternoon break from work stuff! I’ve been seeing lots of two pieces around town that’s similar to this one. It reminds me of the famous plaid outfits seen in the movie Clueless. This is not my typical style so I was happy to have a mini departure if only for a day. I talked about Trendy pieces on my stories yesterday and different ways to give them a try without investing too much of your coins.
This set is one such a trendy outfit that I was referring to. It’s got all of the right elements: it’s trendy, inexpensive, stylish, but probably won’t be around next year. It’s also a little shorter than what my preferred length is but again, it’s nice to step outside of the box every once in a while. There was a time when mini skirts and tight dresses were all the rave; now I don’t even look at those pieces as an option for me. Been there done that!
Having said that, I had a great time in this two-piece set, it was very comfortable and I hope to be able to give it another showing before the end of the summer.
