Happy Tuesday,
I hope everyone had a lovely start to their day! I had the morning of all mornings when my Fedora flew off my head and landed on the train tracks. What a mission it was to try to get it back, ( you can see the full story on my Instagram page). Thankfully, I was able to save it because I would have been so sad if it had gotten crushed.
I decided I could not let this day be remembered as the day that Alicia’s hat got blown onto the train tracks… So, let’s change the narrative and talk about this weekend and how I got to play tourist in NYC… it’s not very often that I get to play tourist in my own City but I love to explore and find new places, and spaces to inhabit. Dumbo has so many great views that it’s hard to leave when you’ve found a great spot and have been relaxing and enjoying the view. I wore this Lisa Perry dress that I’ve worn once before here. The color is a perfect neon green and the embellishments are just right. Huge platform sandals helped to keep the dress from dragging too much on the ground, and my new Chloe bag provided the finishing touches. I hope you all loved the look as much as I did.
