I love this monogrammed bag! It goes with me almost everywhere. You guys thought I was kidding when I said I would be rocking trousers right into the New Year! Well, I wasn’t! I have always been a classic dresser with a Hint of Glamour and this look screams classic to me. Creatively, the different tones of red and the big gold hoops/ emerald green bag with gold threading makes my heart skip a beat. What’s more is that this outfit is budget friendly. I’m always looking for a way to integrate both high and low pieces into my wardrobe. Balance is the word, never being a slave to the labels but understanding that some “quality” pieces will come at a higher price tag. For a day of work, this look did the trick. Would you ever rock monogrammed looks to work or do you shy away from standing-out? For me, I enjoy being put together and love statement pieces, but I literally shy away from compliments. My mom has said that I can’t take a compliment to save my life. I’ve come a long way but I still do not like to be fussed over. Yet, I can never not dress to be anything but myself, the more ostentatious “within reason” the better. I admit it is a bit misleading, because my personality is the opposite, lol. One of life’s mysteries I guess. BUT…how was your Holiday? It’s the 27th and I’m still feeling stuffed.
