I get really inspired by a beautiful photo especially one with an amazing set-up or backdrop. Nicole Warne of the GaryPepper blog and her “surf” boyfriend photographer have taken some of the most stunning, eye-popping photos that I’ve ever seen. As such, it made me want to look for really nice backdrops of my own. It used to drive me crazy when I couldn’t find something or the photo just wasn’t coming out right. After doing this for some time, it dawned on me that a. I don’t travel the world and set-up locations for a photo shoot, b. my husband is not a photographer and c. I live in Brooklyn where graffiti is the name of the day. Instead of trying to fit it, I simply embrace it and appreciate the art for what it is. While it may not be as picturesque as many other places, it’s my home and I love it. Right, so this was my long-winded way of saying expect more Graffiti pics in the future, lol. Now that I’ve rambled, I won’t take up more more time in talking about my outfit other than to say I am really feeling this cropped Jacket with the wide neck and it’s warm. Yet another reason to love H&M.
