Hi-Yo,

The Summer of Fall! Not always, but sometimes we can get away with wearing shorts out of season. To be honest, that rule applies to every article of clothing; it’s really simple , if you feel good in it then rock the hell out of it. If you do that with confidence, you’ll forever be all right in my book. As for this ensemble, I bought this H&M coat during the summer, I was captivated by the color and knew that it would come in handy for Fall. I have taken a liking to these tan OTN boots because the color enables me to experiment with most of my wardrobe. The only fault I have with them and perhaps this applies to most OTN boots is that sometimes they slide down a bit. I haven’t been squatting my usual weight which can account for my thighs becoming a little smaller and perhaps the boots are trying to tell me something. “Alicia, get your butt in the gym and do some squats”. Alright Cavalli, I hear… I’ll be there tomorrow morning bright and early.

On a separate note, I hope your week is going well. If you follow me on Instagram, then you saw my latest post about “Daring to Begin”.  Whatever it is that you are thinking about in your spare time and perhaps at work, just DO it. Don’t wait, don’t try to figure out your strategy because you won’t know everything in the beginning. However, if you start whatever it is that keeps beckoning you, you will learn and improve as you go. If you want it, then get after it. Time waits for no man, and opportunities definitely don’t come knocking twice.  If no one out there believes in your vision, you should know that I do. I don’t know you but I KNOW that you can do it, I’m certain of it, and whatever “it” is it’s worth a try.

Have a memorable Tuesday my friends!
