Hello There,

Happy Monday! Here is another swim-wear look from my holiday. Is it weird that I put as much thought into my swim wear as I do my clothing and footwear? I literally cannot help myself, especially because swimwear can be so tricky sometimes. We already have the difficult task of making sure that our bodies look good, but looking good half naked is no easy feat. As such, trying out new styles and fit and finding which cuts are most flattering is key. The hardest part for me is a cover-up. Something so simple, yet so challenging. There are plenty of shabby looking ones out there but the really luxe options are pretty expensive so I always keep an eye out for fun and vibrant patterns that I could possibly transition into a cover-up. This one for example, I believe I found at a street festival last year. I loved the color and print so I quickly snagged it for future use. As you will notice, I did NOT try my hardest not to gain weight on this trip, thus I gained weight, but I was happy so it’s all groovy! I have begun toning up once again and shedding pounds as we speak.

For those curious, as I have gotten this question before, I generally take swim photos in heels then I swap for my more comfortable sandals. I add a bright lip and some sunnies and sit in the sun to darken my coloring. A little bit of heaven on earth.

As always, I hope you all have a fabulous day.
