HIDDEN DOOR

Hello There,

One of my favorite places to go is the library. It holds so many fond memories for me. I am always reminded of how much older I’ve gotten every time I step inside. The kids are way more hip, they also do most of their research on the internet now. In the past, I would have to get a ticket and use this specific machine to pull up the medical journal articles that I needed. To be fair, I am not that old, I’m still in my 20’s but it just proves how fast technology is moving. The best thing about the library though are the sea and sea of books. It’s a great place to get lost during the weekend. Funny how the world outside moves so quickly but I can easily be stuck in the 17th century just by picking up a book and heading to the quiet corner of the library. My husband would certainly tell you that I am the biggest nerd in that way.

On our way to the library we shot some quick outfit photos. The sun was beaming and my skin was excited. I have been meaning to wearing this beautiful shift dress and was elated when I got to opportunity to do so. Do you ever forget about shoes that you own? That happens to me sometimes but then I do a happy dance when those lost ones and I get reacquainted. That very thing occurred this weekend with these remarkable sandals. I simply adore them.
