Hello, Hello, Hello, my friends!
I hope everyone’s staying warm. Quick story of inspiration for this outfit/shooting location. I was watching Sex & The City. The episode “the ick factor” and Carrie is gifted a beautiful Oscar De-La-Renta dress from Petrovsky and they are to go to the Opera; but she ends up at McDonalds in this beautiful dress instead.
Cue to this post, I thought it would be a nice juxtaposition to shoot this more formal dress in the library. It was a brilliant idea if only because of the fact that I was able to stay warm. Also, I just love I love books and adore reading them with a cup of hot chocolate so it was nice to be able to shoot in one of the places that captures a favorite pastime of mine!
