Yay, the last day of my B&W series! I think I saved the best outfit for last. As you guys know, I live for GLAMOUR and I love this dress, as I think it provides just the right amount of it. I’ve had it for over 2 years now and can only remember wearing it once.
I NEVER wear red lipstick but I have been trying to step out of my comfort zone and try new things. AND I just LOVE this shiny new red lipstick! It’s got everything I can ever want in a lipstick! Vibrant, great consistency, and it doesn’t smudge! Some of you may be asking yourself,’Where is the white in this outfit?” Well folks, I got my teeth cleaned that day so it came via my pearly Whites… check the smile! If that’s not enough, then my crystal necklace provides the lighter touch/illusion of being white!

Salutations…
Hi Humans,
I can’t believe it’s here! Feels lovely to finally have my own space on the web. Now I can share bits and pieces of my life, and storyboard my youth so when I’m old I have a collage of photos that I can look back on, laugh at, and share with my family.
Hint of Glamour in theory will be my daily photo diary and where I intend to share all things/individuals I find glamourous and inspiring. One might ask, what does glamour mean to me? God knows its definition has changed since the 1940’s personification of Old School hollywood glamour; to now, the 21st century’s modern take on what’s glamourous. Truthfully, I think glamour is the essence of what separates two beauties walking side by side down the street and gives one an edge over the other. It could be a hairdo, a lipstick, article of clothing, or even an attitude. It’s the thing (the za-za-zu) that says “I’m here and YOU better Know it!”
Each day is a gift presented to us where we can outdo the day before. What an absolute treasure! It’s another chance given to me to be a better me than I was yesterday. I don’t take that gift lightly and so each day I dress as if there is a wonderful opportunity awaiting me, and would you want to meet that opportunity looking shabby or sub par? No, of course you wouldn’t!
In truth, the only real elegance/glamour is in the mind, if you’ve got that, the rest feeds off it! You don’t need expensive things (although they are nice to have), just an understanding of what works for you and how you can make those items accentuate your positive attributes!
Ah, but I’m already getting ahead of myself… we’ll talk more about that stuff later. Just wanted to give you an official Welcome and say thanks for perusing! I have a lot in store for us and I’m looking forward to embarking on this wonderful journey with you all.
P.S. – As an avid reader of many blogs, I know how frustrating it can be to have someone you adore not post everyday. I will do my very best to keep this blog as active as possible and share frequent if not daily updates.
