NYC Night Life

Happy Hump Day!

Every now and then I get a taste of the NYC night life! To be honest, these days I’d rather come home and curl up with a good book, but I make it a point to get out and have some fun as well. Balance is key. Last Friday I stepped out for dinner with the hubby, and we also took in a comedy show. It was such a fun evening and who doesn’t love to share a meal and laugh their buns off. I wore this forgotten dress for the second time in its life cycle, the first being while on vacation here.

I realize that it is a pretty solid dress, the hemline did not raise up the entire evening and the fit was great. I’ve challenged myself to find one or two different ways of incorporating it into my wardrobe over the next week, that should be interesting. As for the coat, well I just love this coat. It was a score from Zara just a few weeks ago. I added my new Fall shoulder bag which I can’t seem to get enough of, popped some gloss on my lip and headed out.
