Well actually the title of this post is a little mis-leading as I’m not wearing a cape but a jacket from Elie Tahari. I love this jacket, had it for about 2 years now, and I’ve been able to get great use out of it. I’ve worn it as a dress in warmer months, with a belt that cinches in the waist. Loving this bright coral color, it’s such a standout piece when everyone around is outfitted in black, blue, or grey. I mostly fell in love with the structured solders of the dress which can be tricky but fortunately the shoulders weren’t exaggerated on this piece. Do you guys ever try wearing your jackets as a dress? Of-course I’m referring to the most appropriate knee length ones. Remember the best quality of any item is if it can double in its purpose and be worn in multiple ways.
