Wore this great Poleci dress to work last week. I love this dress because it has striking details, the ruffles going up and down and the exposed back. I added a belt to create a nice silhouette. 
I disliked the bulkiness of placing the buckle of the belt to the front
so instead I wore it to the back to keep the look from seeming overly busy
It was so warm outside that I decided to have lunch by the fountain

Looks great! Wearing your hair back was a nice touch too. Keeps the look from becoming too fussy, much like you mentioned with the belt being worn backwards. Love it!
